Maddening Rain – Synopsis
Fresh from directing Love the Sinner at the National Theatre, Matthew Dunster brings the world premiere of Cameron Mackintosh award winning playwright Nicholas Pierpan’s one man show The Maddening Rain to the stage. Set against the instantly recognisable backdrop of a rainswept London, the play cuts to the heart of the global recession, following the fortunes of a man employed in a major City equity finance department as he negotiates his way in the worlds of love and money.
